Third Judge Upholds Obamacare

Today, a third judge upheld the constitutionality of Obamacare. So if you are counting, that makes 3 federal judges in favor of Obamacare and 2 against.

Of course you won't here the news of a judge who comes out in favor of Obamacare. You will only hear the news if a judge rules it unconstitutional.
