The governor of Alaska has refused to implement Obamacare in his state. He is citing the recent federal judge ruling in Florida as justfication for his actions. The recent federal judge's decision declared the whole of Obamacare as unconstitutional and stated that states no longer need to feel obligated to implement the healthcare law.
